After Hours & Emergencies

We recognize that an emergency situation may arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. If you have such a problem, please call us as early in the day as possible. If a problem should arise after hours, please call the 533-BACK(2225) number and the answering service will make every effort to contact the doctor so he can return your call as soon as possible.

Appointments

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you.  We will make every effort to honor all the time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.  If you cannot keep an appointment, or anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.  When it is apparent that you must cancel an appointment, please try whenever possible to give us a 24-hour notice.  This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who wishes to see the doctor.  We, also, have a convenient multiple appointment plan, which allows you to make one or more future appointments months in advance, if necessary, to best accommodate your schedule.  Additionally, as a service to our patients, the appointment secretary will call to remind you, unless otherwise instructed, of an upcoming appointment and assist you in any changes that may need to be made.

Telephone Calls

All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have concerning their condition.  It would be unfair to our patients in the office, however, for the doctor to leave to answer every telephone call.  If our office staff is unable to answer your questions, the doctor will gladly return your call at his earliest opportunity.

Dr. Oliver Asks some important questions of interest to El Paso residents - Chiropractor El Paso Dr. Oliver Asks...

Could a chiropractor put an end to bedwetting?
If bladder control seems elusive, consider chiropractic. If spinal bones are interfering with nerves that control your child's bladder, plastic sheets, alarms and other methods simply add to the embarrassment. El Paso parents are often amazed (and relieved) that chiropractic can be so helpful. Learn more.
What's the purpose of a surgeon's mask?
When I ask most people in El Paso this, most think it protects the patient from the doctor's germs. But it's so porous it does little to prevent the passage of germs. We chiropractors don't bother with masks.
